NEECC (North European Express Championship Cup) närmar sig ett avgörande. 4 mästerskap seglas: Norska, Svenska, Danska och Tyska. Nu återstår endast det tyska. De som seglar alla 4 mästerskapen kan räkna bort det sämsta. De som har seglat 2 hittills måste bege sig till Flensburg för att segla det tredje den 13 och 14 september.
